Terms and Conditions of Trade between NJ Yarn Distributors Ltd T/A Creative Yarns and The Customer.
Customers are advised to read the following terms and conditions before ordering. Upon the giving of an order by "The Customer" to NJ Yarn Distributors Ltd, Creative Yarns, hereinafter referred to as "The Company", and the receiving of the goods by the customer , it will be deemed that the customer has read and accepted the terms and conditions stated herein.
Placing an Order
Orders may be placed by Email, over the phone, or on our website. The following details must be provided before an order can be placed successfully:
· Customer Name
· Trading Name
· Business Address
· Home Address
· Invoice Address
· Delivery Address
· Telephone Number Home/Business
· Email Address
· Website address
Once an order has been placed someone from “The Company” will contact you to confirm your order, inform you of any items out of stock and to take payment. Orders for leaflets without branded yarn will not be actioned. All orders must be a minimum of £100 excluding VAT. Delivery charges will be added and confirmed over the phone when payment is taken. Regrettably Leaflet only orders will not be supplied.
Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards; we unfortunately cannot accept payments by cheque.
Prices
Prices invoiced will be those on display on the website. All prices are excluding VAT. VAT will be added on the invoice where appropriate.
NMJA reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Shortages, Faulty and Non Delivery
· All orders will be dispatched via Courier using their 48hr delivery service.
· If your order does not arrive within 3day from dispatch then please get in contact with us on 01743 245623.
· Any shortages should be reported within 1day of receipt of goods.
